This year's Restricted Quantities brings you the Elemento vintners. This line is a curated collection of five wines, each shaped by a dominant elemental force - Terre, Sol, Aria, Acqua and Ember - and the distinctive terroir and regional conditions of their origin. From the layered earth of France to the cooling lake winds of Canada, the sun-drenched plains of Spain to the flowing currents of Italy, and the bold intensity of Australia’s heat - these are wines crafted from the unmistakable signature of the natural world.

    Bright raspberry and black cherry on the nose with a delicate hint of vanilla. Medium-bodied and precise on the palate, with fresh acidity, gentle tannins, and a finish as cool and clear as the air that shaped it.

  • Tempranillo Bobal - Spain

    Medium Oaked ~ Full Bodied ~ Dry ~ Alcohol: 14%

    Rich blackberry and ripe prune on the nose, warm with baking spice and a hint of toasted oak. Full-bodied and smooth on the palate, with balanced tannins and a finish that glows long after the last sip.
